When you engage Soul Seed Gathering/ Empowerment Works Inc in a Program Session or package you may share confidential information which Soul Seed Gathering/ Empowerment Works Inc will protect as confidential unless you state otherwise in writing or if such information is such which relates to abuse of some sort which would require us to disclose such information to the legal authorities or other formal authorities to protect you or a third party.

In booking a program/ course / workshop with Soul Seed Gathering/ Empowerment Works Inc and/or in using this website you confirm that you have read, and agree to the following terms and conditions and that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including the disclaimers and waivers of liability.

No programs, workshops or events are offered as a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health or medical conditions.
